Explore the civil rights movement through the experiences of local residents. Engage in discussions about cultural changes in the 1960s and today.

Participants include:
• Tacoma’s first African American Mayor Harold Moss
• Tacoma’s first African American City Manager James Walton
• First African American to head Washington’s Department of Social and Health Services Lyle Quasim
• First female African American Washington State Senator Rosa Franklin
